Job Description

• Responsible for planning, implementing and controlling on all aspects of all solutions covering on data analytics in accordance with best practices and responding to business requirements;
• Manage the team to deliver solutions on all projects defined in the roadmap of data analytics, not limited to new, upgrade and enhancement;
• Responsible for applying best and optimized statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost client engagement, satisfaction, and revenue;
• Support the data performance management in implementing Data Governance, ETL, integrity, and normalization of data as well as maintaining existing data models along with data warehouse and data marts related;
• Support and cooperate with business Analytics team in the development of statistical models and present result using data visualization techniques to senior management;
• Lead and manage team to transform business requirements to technical perspective with agreed templates;
• Prepare development plan, proposal and deliver the same on time and within the budget scope for all solutions;
• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the core banking system and digital channels teams providing guidance and support removing barriers as needed;
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve and enhance the efficiency of data analytics solutions and technology;
• Responsible to make sure the long-term solutions are provided within the SLA;
• Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO and standards.

Job Requirements

• BBA and BSS in Computer Science/IT/Statistics;
• At least 3 years’ experiences in data mining/analytics with understanding of models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, whereas min 1 years as a manager to lead a small team;
• Excellent knowledge of data modeling tools, data preparation, processing, classification, and forecasting;
• Knowledge of Excel, Python/R, SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools;
• Strong understanding OLPT and OLAP Databases, Big Data, Streaming, Machine Learning;
• Financial services industry experience (Banking, Microfinance, etc);
• Good communication both Khmer and English.
