Job introduction:
Responsible for leading our ER supporting the delivery of an exceptional HR service across Amret. Support & manage investigations, statutory compliance & ER related activities for Amret to eliminate business risks. Prioritizes on a wellbeing strategy development and facilitates delivery of workplace health and wellbeing.
Job Description
- Gathers, analyzes and interprets data and metrics to develop recommendations and strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement;
- Design concrete grieving process, investigation procedure and committee’s role in dealing with Employee relation issue and educate to HRBP and BM and HOR for practicing;
- Works Independently to conduct investigations of complaints or grievance handling and recommend corrective actions in HQ;
- Build a culture that inspires positive wellbeing in all that we do, through engagement, campaigns and activations;
- Coordinate in developing and implementing engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, physical & mental well-being programs;
- Lead and coordinate the employee engagement survey and drive improvement action plan to build organization effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Human Resources Management or relevant skills;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, Employee Relation, and Employee engagement;
- Experience in project management is a plus/preferable, to lead HR projects;
- Good in management skills, and knowledge in Human Resources function and labor law;
- Ability to analyze HR data, initiate action plan and re-inforce the implementation;
- Computer Literacy (word, excel, ppt.);
- Good verbal and written communication both Khmer and English.
