Market Amret's financial service products and brand name to target segments (corporate, medium business, and high-net-worth individual customers) at all branches under region to raise products/services awareness and achieve annual sales targets;
Recruit and maintain business merchants at all branches under region to ensure that annual sale target achieved;
Follow up, support, and enforce sales of increasing account activities and float balance (accounts with no transactions last 2 months, dormancy accounts) to ensure that all assigned branches achieve targets;
Monitor and enforce sales of increasing active subscribers of mobile banking, ATM card and e-Wallet services to ensure sales targets reached/exceeded by end of each year;
Provide great services to customers with good communication and ethics;
Build a great relationship with existing customers and prospects (corporate, medium business, and high-net-worth individuals) to ensure that customer satisfaction is enriched;
Provide coaching on sales skills and tactics to assigned Sales Officers and other salespeople at the branch to ensure that they are able to perform their roles and responsibilities effectively;
Support the poor performing sales officer and low potential branches in sales tactics to ensure that they are able to sell deposit and financial service products to key segments and also recruit business merchants;
Collect customer feedback and competitor information related to deposit and financial services and report to line manager and stakeholders to improve sales success and solve the problems for customers;
Produce and analyze report on sales performance and challenges of the assigned branches then report to supervisor monthly.
