Job Summary
Provide support on application operations, CBS (T24), report extraction, new package deployments, issue resolving, monitoring all application related to business operations, and support to Service Desk.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor T24 operational service performance;
- Implement and report on T24 service operations, processes, procedures, perform problem, and/or incident escalation management;
- Coordinate with Applications Development and Support Units on release management, code or application promotion ensuring accurately and timely deployment;
- Log small issue and fix tickets on Temenos; get procedure, test and present proof-of-concept to IT manager or head of department before deploying to production;
- Maintain databases and systems at the correct version level for product features and resolve or escalate issues for resolution;
- Verify backup data and update daily reports;
- Update and write new guidelines, procedures and checklist reports to improve quality of work.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related fields;
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in T24 support, IT operations other core banking systems;
- Knowledge in Unix commands, Technical support background, Windows and advanced Excel skills;
- High commitment and be able to work under pressure;
- Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
