Responsible for implementing and controlling on all technical aspects of all enteprise solutions such as Finance (ERPM), HR (HCM), Operations (HQ, Branches and Sales), RPA as well all related integrations;
Deliver any major enhancements, issue resolutions and upgrades on all enteprise solutions;
Translate business requirements to technical documents in accordance with agreed templates;
Troubleshoot any errors where they occur and rerunning and rechecking the program until it produces the correct results
Contribute in the preparation of user manuals, guides and other material to ensure supportability and reuse;
Take ownership and ensure high quality and timely delivery of multiple developments in accordance with related development plans;
Analyze, prioritize and fix open issues to ensure timely resolution of issues affecting business applications.;
Work closely with external (vendor) development teams and project team (included process owner) to assess and propose the best practice solutions to be improve business operations and productives;
Responsible for executing IT Operations and putting controls in place (Configuration Management, User Management, Backup and Recovery, Environments Availability, Data Refreshment, License Review, Incident and Problem Management, Deployment, Super User Activity);
Provide the second level (L2) supports to internal customers based on agreement of SLAs;
Coordinate and work closely with vendors to settle all issues, problems and challenges;
Gather the business requirement from process owners and relevant stakeholders;
Analyze process workflow and appliying process improvement;
Automate business process workflow using RPA technology;
Design, Testing, Development and Implementation of RPA tools;
Troubleshoot the errors, and identify the root cause and provide timely resolutions;
Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO & SDLC standards.
