Job Introduction: 

To manage and drive the technology solutions for the operating system and related applications, to monitor and administer infrastructure & security services, ensuring integrity and reliability for 24x7x365 systems as well as drive excellence through consistent delivery and best practices.

Job responsibilities; 

• Monitor systems utilizing server to ensure resources are used equal or less than threshold of risk appetite level;
• Undertake capacity planning annually and propose requirements for upgrade to support the growth of Amret and prevent system performance risk;
• Regular backup of configuration of systems and applications for recovery service;
• Support IT Operations team and train staff on the operation commands of their daily works;
• Manage, design, implement, deploy, and optimize highly available IT infrastructure and associated support services, including networks, security and systems applications ensuring conformance to agreed SLAs;
• Drive and manage the systems infrastructure and security process design, service standardization, service optimization and to define related road maps leveraging emerging technologies;
• Develop, implement and document systems-related processes and procedures, IT Business continuity and recovery plans adhering to information security and ISO standards and coaching the systems team on such procedures;
• Manage and operate critical data center to ensure the availability within 24/7;
• Physical security management and reporting;
• Data Center utilization;
• Develop proposals for improvement, innovations on IT systems infrastructure projects to Head Department to support the Amret growth and requirements for a highly secure infrastructure for all Amret business delivery channels;
• Drive and manage proof of Concept for operating systems related projects in order to validate technical proposition and submit results to head of IT Infrastructure and Operations or other related stakeholders;
• Prepare budget proposals and deliver projects/services on time and within the budget and scope.

Job Requirements: 

• 2- 3 years’ experience in IT networks and related systems for monitoring and network administrations;
• Experience in all network and related system applications considerations (performance, scalability, maintainability, deployment, operations, technology infrastructure and security).
• Linux, Windows Servers, system virtualization.
• Good oral and written communication in Khmer and English.
