Job Introduction
Supervisor, Direct Sale will responsible to manage and lead the performance of direct sales to ensure they reach KPI
Job Description
- Lead and guide each direct sales staff to define potential areas for daily/ weekly/ monthly action plans for doing the prospection;
- Monitor and review the daily/weekly action plans of each direct sales staff;
- Manage and drive each direct KPI of direct sale staff;
- Understand well about business, contexts, cash flow and its workflow;
- Leading and coaching each direct sales staff to ensure the capability in performing their jobs;
- Lead, motivation and work together with direct sales at the field;
- Lead weekly meetings with DS to share the opportunities, challenges, and solutions;
- Work closely with the branch manager to improve the direct sales performance as well as communication between direct sales and branch staff;
- Lead weekly or monthly meetings with the branch manager and direct sale about the performance, challenges and provide solutions;
- Update the result, challenges, and client feedback as well as proposed solution to commercial department.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance and Banking, Accounting, or related field;
- Minimum sale experience 2 years in banking industry;
- Minimum leader experience 2 years;
- Computer literacy;
- Good oral and written communication in Khmer and English.
