Summary: To manage the mobile and web frontend solutions on not only technical specification documents, designs and application configurations, customizations and/or developments, but also technically test upon requirements and specifications.

Job Description

• Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support);
• Play a role as technical lead in mobile and web frontend implementations including testing lead;
• Manage all configurations and developments in the mobile and web platforms;
• Design interfaces and troubleshoot or debug to improve user experience and optimize performance;
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of multiple configurations or developments in accordance with related project plans with a team;
• Assist in maintaining, optimizing, updating, and documenting all aspects of core configuration or development and third-party interfaces;
• Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols;
• Stay up-to-date with new technology trends 
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve and enhance the efficiency of UX/UI development and related interfaces through innovative and improved software development;
• Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the assigned teams providing guidance and support removing barriers as needed;
• Develop, implement and document systems, the internal methodology, processes and procedures, for software development adhering to ISO and standards.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field;
• Minimum 03 years experiences in mobile app development or native app development; 
• Experience in developing the products or services related MFI/Bank is a plus;
• Knowledge in programming languages such as Flutter framework, Android, Swift/Objective C; 
• Knowledge in database development with MS SQL Server and Oracle;
• Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English.
