Complaint Channels and Process

If you feel mis treated, unfair, something is not right, or in case you got abused by our staff, don’t hesitate​​ make complaint to these channels. We try to resolve the complaint within 2 business days. Complex complaints (escalated or other channel) may take up to 30 days depending on severity. We’ll keep you updated.

If you're unhappy with the initial resolution, you can submit complaint to Association of Bank in Cambodia and Cambodia Microfinance Association Tel: 015 365 222.
