Promote Amret products and brand name to targeted communities and potential customers for deposit, credit products and other financial services in assigned operating areas with a view to delivering clear, transparent and accurate information to each customer;
Train clients in targeted areas of financial planning and consult on credit matter to ensure quality payments;
Understand and apply credit policies and processes including analysis of client business risk and environmental and social risk to achieve quantity and quality objectives;
Check loan repayment schedule daily to ensure reimbursements are on time and problems promptly solved;
Follow up disbursements to make sure that the status of clients is updated and any problems promptly solved;
Monitor deposit performance regularly to ensure sales target achieved;
Provide services to customers based on good communication and ethical behavior;
Build and maintain good relationships with prospects, customers and local authorities to ensure that customer satisfaction is enriched;
Collect customer feedbacks and competitor information such as product/service features, pricing etc. in the purpose of providing constructive comments to direct supervisor for improvement;
Provide on-the-job training, coaching and support on deposit and other financial services implementation procedures and effective customer relationships to ensure that newly assigned Officers have a good understanding of deposit and other financial services policies/features and processes;
File documents and cash clearance records to ensure that daily transactions comply with credit, treasury and internal control policies and procedures.
